These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store Fancy Guld & Juveler.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

This webshop is operated by Fancy Guld & Juveler.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
A binding purchase agreement is formed when your order has been confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or technical errors.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency. For customers within the EU, prices include Swedish VAT. For customers outside the EU, prices are displayed and charged excluding Swedish VAT (tax-free). Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs tariffs may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Sweden and delivered with tracking and insurance.

Orders are dispatched no later than the next business day after confirmation.

Shipping Rates

  • Sweden: Free shipping

  • Norway: 295 SEK (free over 4000 SEK)

  • Europe: 495 SEK (free over 5000 SEK)

  • Rest of the world: 495 SEK (free over 4000 SEK)

Shipments are handled by PostNord.

In-Store Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order in-store.
Select this option at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalised products (e.g. engraving)

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
